HOT RELATIONSHIP ADVICE: From Weddings to Mattresses - Best Advice to Sizzle Your Spring by Big Mama

"IT'S TRUE ABOUT SPRING AND LOVE. BUT IT'S WOMEN WHO YEARN THE MOST FOR LOVE IN SPRING," says dating guru Kate Falken.
Over the years, we've presented romantic advice from some of America's Top relationship Experts. They've helped singles find love. And they've helped couples add fire to their lovelife.
What's up this Spring?
So far, 2014 is seeing an increase in marriage proposals.
Wedding preparation is back on the front burner.
Tracey Mann, founder of Tracey’s Cakes (traceyscakes.co.uk), says, "Having worked in the wedding industry for over twenty years, I get a real sense of what's coming up and this year as well as incredible flavours, it’s all about delicate designs and colourful cakes."
Tracey's top three wedding cake trends for 2014 are:

1. Edible Lace - Lace is usually in abundance at weddings, from the wedding dress fabric to swathes of lacy tablecloths, and now it is making an appearance on wedding cakes.
Classic vintage lace detailing in edible paper and icing is set to be a key feature of wedding cakes of this year.
White and ivory lace overlaid onto the same coloured cake is perfect for creating a timeless, elegant centrepiece.
Or for a vintage or contemporary twist, try scalloped white lace on a coloured cake that matches your day’s colour scheme.
2. Coloured Wedding Cakes - Many couples choose an accent colour for their wedding and this year wedding cakes are getting the colour treatment too.
Rather than traditional tiers of white and ivory, brides are increasingly opting for cakes in block colours - from soft shades of pink and peach, to bold hues of blue and grey.
If you want your cake to make a colour statement, it's a good to have a clear idea of your colour scheme and venue before consulting your cake designer. This will help them create a shade and design that fits perfectly.
3. Handmade Sugar Flowers - Fresh flowers are taking a back seat this year in favour of handcrafted and painted sugar flowers.
A slightly more expensive option than real flowers, sugar flowers have the advantage of looking like the real thing, always being in season and lasting throughout the day.

Roses and peonies make timeless wedding cake toppers or pick a selection of flowers you have chosen for your bouquet.

"Spring is here, but for many in long-term relationships the season might not coincide anymore with springs squeaking and popping in mattresses - you know, the really good kinds of squeaks and pops."
Dr. Kat Van Kirk, sexologist and marriage therapist, offers unique ways to get those springs making their "happy noises" again.
Her 4 Sizzling Suggestions for Mattress Music:
1. If your partner is taking a shower, offer to hop in and wash his or her back. Get a bottle of the yummiest smelling body wash you can find and surprise him/her with it as you lather up.
2. Offer your lover a foot rub before they get out of bed in the morning or right before they fall asleep. It might not lead to a romp right then, but it sure sends a message of love.
3. Allow the "Honey I'm off to work and I'll see you this afternoon kiss" to linger. Throw some tongue into it, cup an ass cheek or fondle a breast under the shirt and over the bra (or even just over the shirt). If the kids are having breakfast, excuse yourself to go out to get the morning paper together for a little grope. So what if the neighbors stare?
4. While running errands together, pull off the road for a few minutes of fondling. You’re adults. As long as you aren’t blocking traffic the police probably won’t give you a second glance.
