Hmmm, those lucky ones that always
seem healthier and more energized than us even without breaking their
backs at the gym. What do these people seem to be doing that the rest of
us are failing to? I really cannot help but feel a little bit of
jealousy. Lucky for you, there are some not-so-secret moves that they
are pulling and I have got you covered.
They make the weight scale their friend. Yup, no kidding! They regularly check their weights at least once a week and successfully catch any small weight gains early enough to do activities that will reverse them. They are not scared of the scale like the rest of us are, but they make it their friend.
They exercise at least four times a week, no matter what. They do not necessarily have to drag it out in a gym but brisk walks, jogs for more than 30minutes; breaking off some calories.
They eat a healthy diet and stop when they are full. Of course, this will be a long process to train your body to detect the moment you are full.
While we jam the pizzas and ice cream in or the ebas and assorted soups till we can barely stand; these ones eat mindfully and savor each bite, stopping immediately they detect they are full.
They are so positive that sometimes, it can be downright annoying. They do this by maintaining a positive outlook on life and do not let the sadness or despair in the world consume their happiness.
